We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products if a valid unboxing video is provided.

Without a valid unboxing video, no replacement will be processed.

How Replacements Work

Customer Responsibility:

  • If you choose to courier the defective/damaged product back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. An additional ₹200 charge will apply for couriered replacements.
  • If you visit our shop and return the product in person, no extra charge will be applied, and the replacement will be provided for free
  • Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next 5-7 working days with the same transaction mode.

DreamStyle Responsibility:

  • After receiving and verifying the returned product and video proof, we will send the replacement product at no additional cost.
Steps for Replacement
  1. Email us at support@dreamstyle.clothing with the unboxing video as proof and your request for a replacement.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive the return address to courier the product (if applicable).
  3. After inspecting the returned product, the replacement will be dispatched promptly.
Important Notes
  • Without an unboxing video showing the product's damage or defect, no replacement will be provided.
  • Customers choosing courier services for returning products will be charged ₹200 extra.
  • In-store replacements are free of charge.
