We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Replacement
Replacements are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products if a valid proper unboxing video is provided. Without a valid unboxing video, no replacement will be processed.
How Replacements Work
Customer Responsibility:
- If you choose to courier the defective/damaged product back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. An additional ₹200 charge will apply for couriered replacements.
- Once the product has been picked up, the replacement is processed in the next 5–7 working days.
- No refund available.
DreamStyle Responsibility:
- After receiving and verifying the replacement product and video proof, we will send the replacement product at ₹200 additional cost.
Steps for Replacement
- Email us at support@dreamstyle.clothing with the unboxing video as proof and your request for a replacement.
- Upon approval, you will receive the return address to courier the product (if applicable).
- After inspecting the returned product, the replacement will be dispatched promptly.
Important Notes
- Without an unboxing video showing the product's damage or defect, no replacement will be provided.
- Customers choosing courier services for replacement products will be charged ₹200 extra.
- We will not accept any returns or replacements for products that have been discounted.
